"I have several rentals I put new carpets in with the pet pad that camas carpets recommended, it was a little more expensive than the regular pad. Recently I went in to remodel one of my rentals as I wanted to sell them, the carpet was trashed. The backing on the carpet was black instead of white it had pet excrement stains all over it. The pet pad had kept everything on top of the pad by the carpet. The hardwood floors under the pad were fine. If i had not put the pet pad in who knows what I would've had to do to the floors.
